Welcome to Good Work Gallery! By browsing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We try to keep things simple, so here’s what you need to know:

 

1. Purchases

•All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
•Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you a receipt via email.
•Payment must be made in full before an artwork is shipped or collected.

 

2. Shipping & Delivery

•Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
•We aim to dispatch artworks within 5 business days of payment.
•Delivery times are estimates; we are not responsible for delays outside our control.
•Artworks are insured for transit to the listed value.
•International buyers may be responsible for customs, duties, and other fees.

3. Returns & Cancellations

•All artworks are sold as-is, and change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
•If an artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
•Orders can only be cancelled before payment is completed.

4. Intellectual Property & Moral Rights

•All website content is © Good Work gallery
•Images, text, or other content cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without permission, even if you’ve purchased the artwork.
•Moral rights of the artist are retained: artworks must not be falsely attributed, misrepresented, or treated in a way that harms the artist’s reputation.

 

5. Website Use

•We do our best to keep the website accurate and accessible but cannot guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions.
•Please do not use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect content from the website.

 

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect loss, damages, or disappointment arising from your purchase or website use, to the extent permitted by law.

•We respect your privacy. Your personal information is only used to process orders and communicate with you.
