1. Change of Mind

Artworks are custom, one-of-a-kind items, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We encourage you to review all details (size, materials, framing, price) before confirming your order.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your artwork is damaged in transit or arrives with a fault not disclosed on the website, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
You must provide photos showing the damage or fault.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Insurance

All artworks are insured for transit.
International buyers are responsible for customs, duties, or other charges.

4. Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before payment is completed.

5. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
ACL guarantees that products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match the description. If an artwork is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.
